Financial Services Office and Client Coordinator

We are looking for an Office and Client Coordinator to oversee every aspect of our office.

Yuba River Wealth Management is a service-oriented full service financial consulting firm providing an array of services, ranging from investments to insurance and retirement services. Our office is located in Downtown Nevada City, CA, and provides a comfortable, professional work environment. Our office culture is friendly and relaxed without sacrificing the quality of our results. As an independent financial firm, we value independence and maintain the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities:

  • First and primary contact for client service needs..

  • Appointment scheduling and tracking.

  • Meeting preparation, report generation.

  • Meeting participation, with focus on accurate note taking.

  • Manage and track follow up.

  • Generate and process account related documents.

  • Coordinate client communication, including mailings and firm website.

  • Maintain Database.

  • File maintenance, including scanning and paper file organization.

  • General office management, including supply tracking and acquisition.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies required:

  • Integrity, ethical, honest, and extreme ability to maintain client confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of and  advanced ability to use both Windows and Mac Applications, especially word-processing and spreadsheet (Excel), database/CRM programs and Powerpoint.

  • Highly internet savvy, and able to learn new software apps quickly.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, with a strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and solve problems.

  • Prior experience in a Financial Services environment highly desirable.

$15-$25 per hour dependent on experience. Benefits package available.
