Customer Experience Manager (EM)

You must be able to thrive as an integral part of a thriving insurance office. You need to be honest, motivated, have integrity and a positive attitude toward learning new skills.

This position provides administrative support to the sales team, service team and management.

Use your skills to:

  • Listen and easily communicate verbally and in writing
  • Create, manage, track, and distribute service cases and sales opportunities
  • Manage payments, billing questions. ID cards, Certificates, and daily downloads.
  • Field inbound claims calls and escalate large claims to the producer and/or agency owner
  • Work with the agency’s marketing team on claims stories for blogging and content opportunities 
  • Identify bottlenecks and reassign cases to new team members or handle yourself based on service load and type of case Generate and submit certificates of insurance
  • Diligently screen emails, and handle any service tasks that do not require a licensed agent. 
  • Office chores as needed: beverages, break room, cleanliness

What you must arrive with:

  • Excellent computer skills with some knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Email and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Google search tools.
  • Ability to use standard office communication methods, such as email, scanner, fax, phone, etc.
  • Familiarity with information technology, including network environments and database management.
  • Salesforce exerience is a plus.

This position is full time: M-F 8:30 to 5:00 PM. Compensation Starts at $15.00 hour. This job will become a salaried position and will include full benefits (Full major medical, vision/dental, ADD, Life. 3 weeks paid vacation. 3% IRA match) after 90 days with a good review.
