An independent, award-winning, Cincinnati insurance agency is looking for insurance professionals who would like to become a part of our growing team.

Personal Lines Manager

You will use your skills to:

  • Communicate with personal lines prospects and clients to build rapport
  • Work with carrier service centers to manage all personal lines accounts in the agency
  • Generate leads through monthly stop ins at local real estate and mortgage brokerage offices
  • Be responsible for quoting and presenting all personal lines business in the agency- regardless of who generated the lead
  • Communicate with underwriters and clients to manage all new and renewal underwriting issues
  • Handle all personal lines customer inquiries that are not handled through carrier service centers
  • Process any changes that can not be processed through carrier service centers
  • Maintain electronic files in our management system
  • Document all communication
  • Manage any special projects as requested

Position Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written) .
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, and personable in a fast paced environment with various projects, tasks and deadlines

Hours and compensation, including bonuses and benefits:

This is a full time position. $37,000 base plus commissions, 10% of all first year agency PL commission,  Full major medical, vision/dental, ADD, Life. 3 weeks paid vacation. 3% IRA match
