You will need to arrive with:

  • Expert Excel skills
  • Access and SQL experience is a plus
  • Project planning, organizational and work tracking skills
  • The ability to balance short term, day-to-day activities with long-term business objectives.
  • The ability to operate in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • University degree, preferably in business or related field plus 2+ years of experience in related Supply Chain Management

This is a full time position in the Atlanta, GA area (Smyrna) . Compensation: Starts at $20 per hour.

  • Work with proprietary in-house software to generate invoices, as well as make system updates and inventory corrections as needed
  • Process general data entry with your 10 key skills
  • Process invoices for multiple locations
  • Be self -managing of your time and deadlines
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment

What skills will you need to arrive with?

  • MS Office Suite specifically advanced to expert competence with Excel
  • Experience with inventory shipping and receiving documentation
  • Knowledge of Monarch Software not required, but a plus.

This is a full time, daytime position in the Atlanta, GA area (Smyna) It requires flexible hours to match varying demand. Schedule is morning through afternoon/evening, M-F, but daily hours will fluctuate.  Workload is typically heavier at the end of the week.

Compensation starts at $16.80 per hour. We also take good care of our team members with paid healthcare, 401(k) match and bonus potential
